Refund policy

At Blake Parker, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear and fair return process for customers located in the United States.

Return Window

You may request a return within 50 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered. Requests submitted after 50 days from delivery are not eligible for return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Blake Parker does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at support@blake-parker.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Securely package your item and ship it using a trackable carrier.

Please retain your tracking information until your refund has been completed.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for both defective and non-defective merchandise. If you prefer a different size or variation, please indicate this in your initial return request email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@blake-parker.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will provide a solution at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have entered the shipping process. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure once delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees ($6.99 Standard Delivery With Tracking) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake

  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account
